Deine Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Anfragen und Klärung von Angeboten hinsichtlich technischer Ausführung, Qualitätsanforderungen gem. Zeichnungen, technischer Listen usw.
• Verhandlungen von Mengen, Preisen, Lieferterminen und -bedingungen
• Durchführung von Preisvergleichen, mit dem Ziel der Optimierung der Beschaffungssituation
• Durchführung von Preis- und Wertanalysen, Substitution von Teilen/ Materialien anstoßen
• Reklamationsabwicklung
• Materialversorgung, mengen- und termingerechtes Disponieren
• Ergebnisse von größeren Abschlüssen zusammenstellen
• Darstellung von Preisentwicklungen und Mengenveränderungen
• Prüfung von Abrufbestätigungen, Lieferterminüberwachung, Mahnung von Lieferterminen und Überwachung von Materialeingängen
• Beschaffungsmarktforschung und -beobachtung (Global Sourcing / Local Sourcing / Domestic Sourcing / Erstellung von Länderanalysen)
• Verhandlungen und Abschlüsse von Rahmenverträgen und Abrufkontrakten (optional)
• Einkaufsreporting und -controlling (optional)

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, o.ä.
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf
• Technisches Verständnis
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS-Office Produkten
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

Your tasks:

• preparation of inquiries and clarification of offers regarding technical execution, quality requirements acc. to drawings, technical lists, etc.
• negotiations of quantities, prices, delivery dates and conditions
• carrying out price comparisons with the aim of optimizing the procurement situation
• carrying out price and value analyses, initiating substitution of parts/ materials
• complaint handling
• material supply, scheduling acc. to quantities and deadlines
• compile results of major deals
• presentation of price developments and quantity changes
• checking call-off confirmations, monitoring delivery dates, reminding delivery dates and monitoring material receipts
• procurement market research and monitoring (global sourcing / local sourcing / domestic sourcing / compilation of country analyses)
• negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements and call-off contracts (optional)
• purchasing reporting and controlling (optional)

Your profile:

• completed commercial training as industrial clerk or similar
• relevant professional experience in purchasing
• responsible and team player
• understanding of technical contexts
• good knowledge of written and spoken English
• good knowledge of MS Office products
