Ihre Aufgaben:

• Ausarbeitung und Kalkulation von Angeboten
• Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen und Reklamationen
• Betreuung internationaler Kunden
• Führung von Verkaufsverhandlungen (fremdsprachig)
• Einreichung von Akkreditiven
• Erstellung der erforderlichen Versanddokumente inkl. ABD, unter der Beachtung der jeweiligen länderspezifischen Einfuhrbestimmungen und der deutschen Zollvorschriften
• Beauftragung von Speditionen

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in o.g. Aufgabengebiet
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle und Compliance
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP R/3 sowie A.T.L.A.S.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Verantwortungsbewusst und teamfähig

Your tasks:

• preparation and calculation of offers
• processing of customer orders and complaints
• support of international customers
• conducting sales negotiations (in foreign languages)
• submission of letter of credit
• preparation of the necessary shipping documents incl. ABD, in compliance with the respective country-specific import regulations and the German customs regulations
• commissioning of forwarding agencies




Your profile:

• completed commercial training
• relevant professional experience in the a.m. field of activity
• knowledge of export control and compliance
• good knowledge in spoken and written english
• confident handling of SAP R/3 as well as A.T.L.A.S.
• good knowledge in MS-office
• independent, structured and analytical way of working
• responsible and team player
